Eduardo’s Enoteca is honored to support OTV | Open Television for Pride 2022. We’ll be offering a special cocktail during the month of June; a portion of the proceeds from each cocktail sold will be donated to OTV (a non-profit distribution platform for intersectional series, short films, and video art). OTV fosters the trajectory of creative projects from inception to release; they offer connectivity, financing and consultation to artists and communities marginalized by their race, gender, sexuality, class, religion, disability or nationality.
Shervin’s Rose
This fundraising initiative is near and dear to the Eduardo’s Enoteca family.
One of our beloved crew members, Shervin Bain, sadly passed away in October of 2021. When he wasn’t busy charming his fellow staff & customers, Shervin was a creative force – writing, producing, and starring in short films and series distributed by OTV. Shervin was a champion for individuality, artistry, positivity, and love; it is a privilege to make a donation in his honor for this year’s Pride initiative.
Shervin’s Rose (gin, lillet blanc, campari, rose water spritz, lemon, simple) was a cocktail Shervin created during his time at Eduardo’s Enoteca. It was a favorite on our Winter 2019 drinks menu, and we’re happy to be bringing it back for the month of June 2022.
